You’ll Never Walk Alone
by Not Sure
12 February 2023
On 14 December 2006, Alan Watt gave a talk, “Tinkering in the Matrix of the Womb,” and said that he was following up on the previous night’s talk. “This is about how the scientists are now going to the womb, to alter fetuses, and this is the story that they're giving us as to the reasons. You can bet your bottom dollars, these are only part of the reasons, if any of the reasons, at all. The real reasons are, to find out if they can tamper and alter, basically, DNA – DNA structure of a developing fetus. That's what's really behind all of this: to reengineer humanity.”
He then read from an article entitled “DNA Vaccine Immunizes Fetal Lamb,” which cited a study published in Nature Medicine (August, 2000), where scientists reported successfully vaccinating fetal lambs against bovine herpes, to which sheep are susceptible. “The study bolsters a nascent technology that aims to protect human infants still in the womb from diseases of their mothers.”
After listening to the talk, I wondered where my departure point was. From what angle would I approach this to add anything of value? Alan talked about things that can be done to the weather such as creating droughts and bringing on climate disasters and there are some current news items. Don’t talk about the weather, conspiracy theorist!

Were there more current studies on in-utero vaccination? How were these “advances” being presented in scientific literature and then regurgitated by the mainstream press? In July of 2022, The New England Journal of Medicine published the following editorial recently:
Covid-19 Vaccination during Pregnancy — Two for the Price of One
https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMe2206730
“The benefits of maternal vaccination to the infant through maternal antibody transfer across the placenta have long been recognized.” The editorial went on to list what was well-known about how to “maximize maternal antibody production, placental transfer, and antibody levels in the newborn,” citing examples going as far back as smallpox vaccination.
The author mentioned “results of a large multicenter study in which a case–control, test-negative design was used to estimate the effectiveness of maternal vaccination against hospitalization for Covid-19 among infants younger than 6 months of age.”
Even those who blindly followed every recommendation and trusted all the “experts” know that the likelihood of infants six months old or younger being hospitalized with Covid was low and the “vulnerability” of this age cohort was never established by even the most corrupt physicians and journalists.
There was more in that vein, though. There were two near-simultaneous studies that showed the successful transfer of antibodies via cord blood from mother to baby in the womb. A study published September 22, 2021 in the American Journal of Obstetrics & Gynecology – Maternal Fetal Medicine, “found that 100 percent of 36 newborns tested at the time of birth had protective antibodies after their mothers received the vaccines produced by either Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna.”
A study published in August of 2021 in Obstetrics and Gynecology stated that, “Messenger RNA–based COVID-19 vaccines in pregnant women lead to maternal antibody production as early as 5 days after the first vaccination dose and transplacental transfer of passive immunity to the neonate as early as 16 days after the first vaccination dose.” Rockefeller University participated in this study.

I read a bit of the transcript of the talk to see what my ears might have missed. Alan talked about “re-search” and how at higher levels of science the “search” had already been completed. At our level, we need to think that we are living at the pinnacle of scientific achievement. He said, “What these people never discuss, is where their research money comes from? That's how you direct society. ALWAYS, YOU STEER SOCIETY. Anyone who thinks that scientists just leave university to get a job, and are allowed to work in any field, and in any direction they wish, are up a gum tree. The big foundations in collaboration with the secret services of countries, like the MI5 or MI6 or CIA or Mossad, are the ones that direct all research. In the '50’s and '60’s, there were many publications that came out from science fields, talking about the creation of new types of humans, and how they'd have to get into it. That's why they know they can always pull off what they want. THEY DIRECT THE FUNDING INTO ANY PARTICULAR AREA AND IT BECOMES SO.”
I had discovered my way in. I would return to the article that Alan read
from and see who had been behind that 2000 study published in Nature Journal,
“Fetal [lamb] immunization by a DNA vaccine delivered into the oral cavity.”
The study’s co-author was Lorne A. Babiuk, a virologist at the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon. What was he up to these days? According to Wiki, Babiuk is now seventy-seven years old, a Canadian scientist specializing in immunology, pathogenesis, virology, molecular virology, and vaccinology. He is the Vice-President of Research at the University of Alberta and the former Director of the Vaccine and Infectious Disease Organization (VIDO) at the University of Saskatchewan. Dr Babiuk holds the Canada Research Chair in Vaccinology and Biotechnology and is Chair of the Board for Pan-Provincial Vaccine Enterprise (PREVENT), a vaccine development company.
Where did the research money for this study come from? What foundations were behind it? Next stop, the University of Saskatchewan. It is one of Canada’s top research universities, well-endowed with many impressive facilities, but nothing I found was answering my questions.
One of the references attached to something that Babiuk was involved in was an article by Canadian journalist Laura Eggertson.
Canadian company to develop mock pandemic vaccine
https://www.cmaj.ca/content/172/5/623.1
The article was written in March, 2005 and said “Vancouver-based ID Biomedical Corporation has begun developing a mock vaccine to protect people against H5N1 influenza, which the World Health Organization believes is the most likely candidate for the next flu pandemic. The company will develop a vaccine based on a genetically modified variant of H5N1. The firm is working from a genetically modified reference strain supplied by the UK National Institute for Biological Standards and Control.”
ID was on my mind because
in this talk, Alan said about the push to create a new type of human, “They
want someone to fit into a system already established. It will be a
government-approved type of human. They discussed then that they'd have to get
literally into the womb itself, into the DNA structure of the fetus. It’s always under the guise of helping to
prevent something that will harm us. This is the most ancient technique that's
ever been used in history. They're into it. They're in there already. You can
bet your bottom dollar, as these various groups are working on animals, farm
animals, there are higher groups already doing the same thing, with human
beings and human fetuses. This is the INTELLIGENT
DESIGN, the ID. The real meaning of
ID is INTELLIGENT DESIGN THEY WANT TO GET TO.
This is the HUMAN who will GROW UP being the EXACT THING that IT'S PROGRAMMED TO BE, programmed by those who are authorized, or have been authorized, to program it, THE PERFECT HUMAN FOR THE PERFECT SYSTEM.”
A genetically modified variant of H5N1 had been given to a Canadian company by the UK National Institute for Biological Standards and Control. The article went on to say that ID Biomedical Corporation was hoping to receive $20 million from the federal government for that vaccine development.
What had happened to ID Biomedical? It turns out that in September of 2005, a mere six months after the poor company was scrambling for spare change from the Canadian government, they ran into a bit of luck:
GlaxoSmithKline buys Vancouver's ID Biomedical for $1.7 billion
Fancy that!
"GSK's proposed acquisition of ID Biomedical reflects its continuing commitment to address the public health need for increased supply of influenza vaccines," GlaxoSmithKline said in a release. "ID Biomedical is currently in the process of expanding and upgrading its Canadian manufacturing facilities, which are expected, beginning in 2007, to produce around 75 million doses per year of ID Biomedical's Fluviral egg-based influenza vaccine."
In 2013, the United States’ Food and Drug Administration (FDA) licensed this drug, and though not commercially available, it was purchased by the U.S. government to use in their National Stockpile for distribution by public health officials if needed. A nice little windfall for GlaxoSmithKline.
I returned to Babiuk’s Wiki page and looked at the “References” below the main entry. This caught my eye:
New
Pan-Provincial Vaccine Enterprise [PREVENT] announces board members, vaccine
targets (2008)
The link supplied no longer worked but I did find an archived copy of the article:
“PREVENT will accelerate the most promising Canadian vaccine discoveries and overcome hurdles that currently hamper development of new and safer vaccines,” said Andrew Potter, PREVENT’s chief executive officer and head of the Vaccine and Infectious Disease Organization (VIDO) at the U of S where PREVENT will be housed.
PREVENT and VIDO featured in Dr. Babiuk’s resumé. Remember? The fetal lamb vaccination guy. Time to investigate VIDO.
Annual Reports are a good way to see what’s going on at an organization. It’s a follow-the-money approach. Here’s the first page of their report from 2021-2022. Isn’t that impressive with the hazmat suits? “Canada’s Centre for Pandemic Research.”
The report said that the total revenue was $46.6 million and the total expenses were $46.4 million. Not a huge profit, but that’s a decent income for a university research facility. Who were some of their contributors in 2021-2022? There were many Canadian government supporters, both provincial and federal, but also support from the United States: the National Institutes of Health, the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the U.S. Department of Defense. Harvard University, Janssen, Merck Animal Health, South China Vaccine Corporation. Oh, I almost forgot! The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation was a contributor.
My next project was to download every annual report from VIDO for as far back as I could find them. Fortunately for me, their website was tidily organized. The first report was from 1976-1977.

https://www.vido.org/assets/upload/pdf/annual_reports/vido-annual-report-1976-1977-5457f94836180.pdf
Did you notice that? In the biographical information about Dr. Babiuk, VIDO is Vaccine and Infectious Disease Organization, but in the early days it was Veterinary Infectious Disease Organization, and so it continued on the cover of each Annual Report until 1985-1986, at which point the words Veterinary Infectious Disease Organization became very tiny.
VIDO Veterinary Infectious Disease Organization

In the VIDO Annual Report for 1986-1987, the cover just says VIDO, no other descriptor.
https://www.vido.org/assets/upload/pdf/annual_reports/vido-annual-report-1986-1987-5457f63f83700.pdf
This is more or less what the logo looked like from the early days of VIDO until 2002:
The 1991 cover mentions animals on the title page but not in 1992. In 1993, the pictorial connection to livestock continues. In 1997, VIDO is “interacting around the world.” By 1998, VIDO “allows scientists the ability to study, design and build at the molecular level.” In 2002-2003, they are “limited only by our imagination, known for five "world firsts" in animal vaccine research, it is now expanding into human health applications.”
Here is the new logo from 2002 to the present:
Along with the four animals, they added a human and the double helix of DNA. Clearly their mandate had changed. In this 2002-2003 Annual Report, they announced that VIDO will headquarter the $61.8 million International Vaccine Centre. “This expansion is helping us link animal and human research.” The 2003-2004 Report states that VIDO is “protecting the world from infectious diseases.”
VIDO’s growth was steady and impressive, though in years 2016 and 2017, they operated at a small loss on the books. The 2018-2019 Report reveals that though they had plenty of governmental and non-governmental support, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation was not yet a contributor, but the U.S. Department of Defence was.
By 2019-2020, VIDO has entered the world stage of biodefense. Here is a photo of some of their staff dressed in the new uniform.
The National Institute of Health has come on board as a contributor and the provincial and federal governments of Canada have increased their financial support. Other contributors include AnGes, a Japanese firm that claims they are “leading global in gene medicine,” Biotech Laboratories (which could be anyone since there are at least half a dozen similarly named companies,) Cansino Biologics, a Chinese vaccine company, Kamada, an Israeli pharmaceutical company…and the United States Department of Defence, again. (Cute how the Canadians spell that with a “c” on the VIDO website. The U.S. Department of Defense uses an “s,” but I’m fairly certain it’s the same Department, aren’t you?)
By the 2020-2021 Annual Report, VIDO has finally arrived. They no longer brand themselves as the “Vaccine and Infectious Disease Organization.” Now, they are “Canada’s Centre for Pandemic Research,” and Bill and Melinda Gates are now proud contributors. Their revenue is $61.2 million, and their expenditures are $34.7 million.
All of this reminded me of a book that Alan Watt often referenced, Deadly Allies: Canada’s Secret War, 1937-1947. Alan would say something like, “Under all that white snow, Canada isn’t so clean.”

Alan closed the talk with a song sung by Gerry and the Pacemakers, “You’ll Never Walk Alone.”
Gerry and the Pacemakers ~ You’ll Never Walk Alone
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QOXwzvk1WTc
This song is one that has been covered by virtually everyone from Elvis Presley to Doris Day, Judy Garland, Johnny Cash, Josh Groban, Aretha Franklin, Andrea Bocelli and Frank Sinatra. Alan’s knowledge of music and movies was fairly encyclopedic, but it was I who introduced him to the original singer of this song, Christine Johnson, who played Aunt Nettie in the Broadway musical, Carousel, from 1945. I also was excited to introduce him to the singer who reprised the role of Aunt Nettie in the 1956 film version. If I was a little girl with a skinned knee or a teenager with my first broken heart, I believe that the voice of Claramae Turner could make it all better.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zbrWw8tbl0s
As I was revisiting this for the Redux, I learned that Gerry and the Pacemakers hailed from Liverpool, England and that this song is sung at association football (soccer) matches all over the world, a tradition that developed at Liverpool Football Club when the song had chart success in 1963. I might know a bit about musicals, but I know absolutely nothing about soccer. At a quick glance, I think that the Liverpool Football Club is indeed soccer and not rugby, but my sports repertoire begins and ends with saying “That’s nice” whenever someone tells me their favorite team of whatever won a game.
I also learned that in April 2020, Captain Tom, a British Army officer, joined with performer Michael Ball and the newly formed NHS Care Choir to record a version of this as a fundraiser for Covid-19 charities in events leading up to Captain Tom’s 100th birthday.
Captain Tom Moore, Michael Ball & The NHS Voices of Care Choir ~ You'll Never Walk Alone
All of this brings scenes from George Orwell’s 1984 into my mind. Sentimental songs make me think of the working woman hanging her laundry to dry, singing the latest little tune cranked out by a machine. Football and Captain Tom Moore and the NHS Voices of Care Choir remind me of the scene where Winston went into a pub to ask an old man if he remembered anything from before the Revolution. Winston had these images of wealthy capitalists in top hats, a stark contrast to the filth and poverty around them. But the old man was only interested in his beer, and he couldn’t hold a thought past that concern. His hope that some sort of resistance could come from the proletariat by their sheer numbers was dashed by his realization that the proles simply didn’t care. They were happy enough with their beer and silly songs, their little entertainment.
O’Brien has begun to torture Winston, but even though he knows the dial will be turned up and more pain is on the way, he cannot keep quiet.
Winston: ’I don’t know — I don’t care. Somehow you will fail. Something will defeat you. Life will defeat you.’
O’Brien: ’We control life, Winston, at all its levels. You are imagining that there is something called human nature which will be outraged by what we do and will turn against us. But we create human nature. Men are infinitely malleable. Or perhaps you have returned to your old idea that the proletarians or the slaves will arise and overthrow us. Put it out of your mind. They are helpless, like the
animals. Humanity is the Party. The others are outside — irrelevant.’
Winston: ’I don’t care. In the end they will beat you. Sooner or later they will see you for what you are, and then they will tear you to pieces.’
O’Brien: ’Do you see any evidence that that is happening? Or any reason why it should?’
Winston: ’No. I believe it. I know that you will fail. There is something in the universe — I don’t know, some spirit, some principle — that you will never overcome.’
O’Brien: ’Do you believe in God, Winston?’
Winston: ’No.’
O’Brien: ’Then what is it, this principle that will defeat us?’
Winston: ’I don’t know. The spirit of Man.’
O’Brien: ’And do you consider yourself a man?.’
Winston: ’Yes.’
O’Brien: ’If you are a man, Winston, you are the last man. Your kind is extinct; we are the inheritors. Do you understand that you are alone? You are outside history, you are non-existent.’ His manner changed and he said more harshly: ’And you consider yourself morally superior to us, with our lies and our cruelty?’
Winston: ’Yes, I consider myself superior.
***
Near the end of the talk, Alan had this to say about those who implement this agenda and do not care at all about anyone outside themselves or their own little circle:
“THE ELITE BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE THE SUPERIOR ONES, AND THAT THEY WILL COME THROUGH, AND YET THEY ARE THE MOST EVIL CREATURES ON THE PLANET… WE'RE WITNESSING THE END OF HUMANITY, AS WE KNOW IT… Today, we're seeing the dividing line between those who care, and the majority who do not. That point is passed, in fact. IT'S ALREADY DECIDED AND MOST DO NOT CARE.”
In 1984, the “proles don’t matter” and the “last man” is tortured and subdued. Alan leaves us with the hope of our own choices. He was not trying to “grab the bulk of the populace…but the uncommon man or woman, because those are the only ones who truly count.”

Hold your head up high,
And don't be afraid of the dark.
At the end of a storm

Walk on through the wind,
Walk on through the rain,
Though your dreams be tossed and blown.
Walk on, walk on
With hope in your heart,
And you'll never walk alone.
You'll never walk alone.
