Delgado’s Monkey and Kim’s Ass
by Not Sure
19 June 2022
In 1954, psychologists James Olds and Peter Milner, working at McGill University in Canada, carried out experiments which discovered that rats would repeatedly press levers to receive tiny jolts of current injected through electrodes implanted deep within their brains. When the brain stimulation was targeted at certain areas of the brain, along the dopamine pathway, the rats would repeatedly press the lever -- even up to 2000 times per hour. Eventually the rats in the study would choose to receive the electrical stimulation rather than eat food.
“Sex is good, and everyone should.” I don’t think it’s a slogan yet, but it could be. Celebrities model the behaviour that we are to emulate. Kim Kardashian is into her new boyfriend because of his ‘BDE’ and she was just ‘DTF’ and it’s all fun and games where her vagina is involved.
The exclusive sex clubs around the world celebrated the loosening of Covid restrictions with expensive orgies. Membership at one club starts at $12,000 a year and offers the real perks if you pay $75,000.
The founder of Killing Kittens was a school chum of Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge. Valued at £11.5 million with 120,000 members globally, the British government gave the company a £170 million loan from its ‘Future Fund’ to help Killing Kittens transition into a ‘global sex technology’ company; funding development of a new chat and dating app and adult social network.
Kittens’ CEO Emma Sayles was quoted in a 2020 Daily Mail article, ‘We did our first Zoom party on the first Friday of lockdown in March and we capped it at 50 screens. Since then we have done one or two every Friday and sold out every week.’ The virtual format drew in new customers ‘bored’ with their curtailed social lives. ‘Over 50 per cent of the people taking part are new. People are stuck in lockdown, they’re bored, and I think a lot of couples are communicating for the first time about their sexual feelings. So they think “shall we give this a go?” because they can do it from the comfort of their sofa.’
Alan Watt starts this blurb from 15 December 2019 talking about boredom. He said that in the 1990s when cable television was growing, people seemed to be increasingly bored as their choices in things to view were expanding. Advertising told them that something was missing. Something more was needed. The title of the talk is Organized Attack on Purpose: "Superficial Relationships and Gorging of Senses, Forced Existential Apathy Destroys Human Defences."
Alan said the brain itself is the last frontier. They can already manipulate genes through biochemistry. We’re living in a field of electromagnetism, WiFi - microwave, and 5G which is in the frequency of radar. He discusses the dream of Michael Persinger and the God helmet and Persinger’s excitement that someday we can all be made to feel the same things at the same time. Alan joked about brains in a chair, piped into the plumbing. We’ve been made helpless.
It reminded me of the 2006 dystopian comedy Idiocracy where the reclining chair in front of the television is also a toilet. TV viewers don’t have to leave the comfort of their chair to relieve themselves, as they watch endless videos of butts. The most popular show on TV is “Ow My Balls!” The movie was set five hundred years in the future where culture has been thoroughly degraded and everyone is stupid. Funny…except we’re there.
You can’t escape that the derriere has become what the face used to be. I guess people decided that their backside was their “best side.” It crossed my mind that perhaps the bottom side had become a popular subject matter for selfies, but it wasn’t until researching this piece that I learned it has its own name. Belfies! Lots of coverage of the uncovered, instructing would-be makers of belfies of the best thinking on camera angles and lighting. In 2017, Maxim had the following article, 14 of the Most Bodaciously Beautiful Butts On Instagram. That year, Jen Selter had 13.4 million followers watching her assets and Sommer Ray’s bountiful booty garnered her 26.8 million followers who were keeping an eye on her backstory. And of course, no backend coverage could be complete, said Maxim, without acknowledging Kim Kardashian’s spectacular behind.
One of the points that Alan was making in this talk was that we have been under intense psychological warfare. Nations are destroyed without firing a shot. And yes, it’s a conspiracy, because whenever two or more people conspire to do something, that’s what it’s called. Alan said that Julian Huxley’s aim of knocking humans off their pedestals as precious and sacred has been achieved.
Jeffrey Epstein was still in the news four months after his “suicide by hanging.” How can people be outraged over this pedophilia when they are aborting babies, addicted to internet porn and attending mass orgies? They’re supposed to be upset those underage girls were engaging in sex with very wealthy men? The audience that needs to have that necessary outrage is too busy taking belfies.
This isn’t about morality or chastity. That cultural barn door was left open decades ago. We behave as we are conditioned to behave and our attitudes about sex have changed over the decades as we have been guided into this phase of the agenda. Breeding is bad for the environment, keeping your carbon footprint small (or non-existent) is good for the environment. Babies in the womb are not sacred, and some states just this year have introduced bills that have enough grey areas for infanticide to be allowed. Sexuality is an evolving part of our personalities, they tell us. Something to be celebrated and documented and shared with your online community.
I’ve learned that a popular podcast is entitled Guys We F**ked (the asterisks are my addition to the title). The two comediennes (Is that sexist? Should they just be comedians?) bill themselves as the “anti-slut shaming podcast” and between light banter about one-night stands, dirty talk and butt play, they tackle some dark issues such as pedophilia and rape. They interview guests who talk about domestic violence, racial discrimination, and the issues that sex workers face. I doubt they ever interviewed the late Judith Reisman who was known for her criticism of the work of Alfred Kinsey and the correlations she made between sexual imagery of children, sex education, sex educators and the pornography industry. Reisman’s work remains unpopular and even derided because “there’s no such thing as pornography addiction or sex addiction.”
Masturbation
releases the following hormones and chemicals: Dopamine (“happiness” hormone),
Oxytocin (“love” hormone), Serotonin, Endorphins, Prolactin (stress management),
Endocannabinoids (rewarding behaviors), Norepinephrine/noradrenalin (dopamine
transmission), and Adrenalin. Who
could possibly get addicted to that?
Hypersexual activity is not in the Fifth Edition of the Diagnostic Statistical Manual for Psychiatric Disorders (DSM-V) and that is good news for all those who don’t like a “sex negative” approach to therapy. But where does it leave people whose lives have been harmed by what they know to be a real addiction? Those who identify as pornography or sex addicts, talk about very real issues that they struggle with including distraction, lack of focus and shame. Physical problems occur too including coital cephalalgia or sexual headache. These headaches are usually benign, but occasionally are caused by intracranial hemorrhage and cerebral infarction.
Postorgasmic illness syndrome (POIS) is not common but it's pretty wicked and includes severe muscle pain throughout the body, severe fatigue, weakness, and flu-like or allergy-like symptoms, such as sneezing, itchy eyes, and nasal irritation. Additional symptoms include headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, extreme hunger, sensory and motor problems, intense discomfort, irritability, anxiety, gastrointestinal disturbances, craving for relief, susceptibility to nervous system stresses (e.g. common cold), depressed mood, and difficulty communicating, remembering words, reading and retaining information, concentrating, and socializing.
Intracerebral hemorrhage and the thunderclap headache are other real physical reactions to hypersexuality. Post-coital tristesse (PCT), also known as post-coital dysphoria, is the feeling of sadness, anxiety, agitation or aggression, after sexual intercourse or masturbation. This has been written about by writers going back to the Greek medical writer Galen. Arthur Schopenhauer, writing on the phenomenon, observed that "directly after copulation the devil's laughter is heard." Schopenhauer’s work has been described as philosophical pessimism and he wrote about asceticism (abstinence from sensual pleasures) and self-denial, so his explanation for post-sex sadness can be brushed aside as “sex negative.”
Hypoactive sexual desire disorder is in the DSM-V. The disorder is actually broken down into two disorders: female sexual interest-arousal disorder and male hypoactive sexual desire disorder. They both involve low levels of sexual interest and failure to initiate sexual intimacy, absence of sexual thoughts or fantasies, reduced or absent pleasure during sexual activity, and no or reduced interest in erotic signals. Not having enough sex in today’s culture. That’s a problem.

Alan talks about how our entertainment is weaponized and we are told what our opinions better be. In Communist East Germany, dissidents were killed. Typewriters were smuggled in so that people could communicate their dissent. Experts could tell what model typewriter was used, what year it was made. Those whose opinions were not authorized had to be very careful. If the government had given everyone a typewriter and demanded they use it, folk would be rather suspicious. But we have personal computers. And “there’s lots of pornography on it” (the internet.) The 2006 film The Lives of Others is required viewing.
As Alan says, we’re living through history. How can anyone be bored? In George Orwell’s 1984, they eradicate libraries and books. The memory hole. This is true. I was just visiting the local university library and the librarian gleefully talked about all the weeding they were doing. “We don’t even have a microfiche reader anymore. It’s all on the internet now.” It made me want to buy a microfiche reader.
We know how censorship is working. We don’t have to wait for sites to get pulled down or the bank accounts of protestors to be frozen. We’re learning to monitor ourselves. “Bad people look at this.” “Don’t even go there.” And we don’t. It gets easier to make the right choices in our internet activities. If there’s a derriere in the picture, chances are it’s got the seal of approval.
This talk predates everything Covid and it isn’t really necessary to get into the discussion of 5G and mRNA vaccines. What was true about 5G before Covid is still true now. Just take a look at this headline from the World Economic Forum from January 2020, How 5G and the Internet of Things can create a winning business. It confirms in a real straightforward, non-conspiratorial way what Alan is saying in this talk. 5G enables all those gadgets you have to have to communicate with one another and to businesses and surveillance apparatus the globe over. It’s a spyware network. Communicating about you. But who cares? There’s lots of pornography and it’s high definition.
Bertrand Russell knew that the State could give children their values by controlling their little minds for just a few hours a day. Let the parents absorb the food and clothing costs. What matters is their brains. Libraries should no longer focus on housing books but rather they should host drag queens reading to young children. Last week, a San Francisco area drag queen was traumatized when far-right extremists marched into the library “cameras blazing.” As Alan said in this talk someone who wants their nation to remain intact is considered a far-right extremist.
Family dynasties of control and
perception management.
Persuasion is a perfected art. The legacy of Edward Bernays is evident everywhere as professional liars give us our reality. The control is intergenerational. Matthew Freud is the great grandson of Sigmund Freud and related therefore to Bernays. He founded Freud Communications in 1985. Adam Curtis in his documentary Century of the Self describes Matthew Freud as a star in the "new culture of public relations and marketing in politics, business and journalism" that rose in the Clinton-Blair years. In 2009, PRWeek called Freud "the most influential PR professional in the UK".
Euan Blair, the son of a former British prime minister Tony Blair, has become one of the wealthiest start-up founders in the UK after his education technology company was valued at $1.7bn following its latest fundraising. Multiverse gives young people an alternative to university by matching them with company apprenticeships. University educations will not be so important in the 4th Industrial Revolution. Sir Tony Blair became the richest ex-prime minister ever and his son is one of the wealthiest start-up founders ever, so the apple falls not far…
A family dynasty of control and espionage
Let us not make a victim of Ghislaine Maxwell. She has been found guilty of procuring and training young girls to engage in sex for Jeffrey Epstein’s international honey trap operation. It turns out that she too was trained by her father who fostered her sexual affairs with certain individuals in elite circles. Her sexuality was a useful tool in growing his influence empire, beginning when she was quite young. Whitney Webb of Unlimited Hangout as done excellent investigative work into Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein, Mega Group, Robert Maxwell and the Mossad and a blackmail network that goes back decades. As Alan said on several occasions, “And you think Epstein was just a horny guy!”
The “tech family” dynasty of control and
so-called surveillance capitalism
Shoshana Zuboff has described the mechanism of surveillance capitalism as an economic system centered around the capture and commodification of personal data for the purpose of profit-making. The concept of surveillance capitalism arose as advertising companies saw the possibilities of using personal data to target consumers more precisely.
I will point you again to Unlimited Hangout and Whitney Webb’s writing on the military origins of Facebook. DARPA, Palantir, and Terrorist Information Awareness to name just a few interesting players in the surveillance world. True backgrounds on people like Mark Zuckerberg and Peter Thiel do not exist for us. If you think you have any idea who these people are based on their Wiki pages or some article you read about them in Bloomberg, think again. This rabbit hole is deep and because it has to do with how all of our information and online activity is filtered and surveilled, it’s a rabbit hole that goes on forever.
These are few lines from that very long story. Peter Thiel co-founded a company called Confinity to develop software for online payments. In 1999, Confinity launched PayPal. In 2000, PayPal merged with Elon Musk’s online payment company called X.com. In 2002, PayPal was bought by eBay and Thiel was out as CEO. In 2003, Thiel launched Palantir Technologies to provide data mining services to government intelligence agencies. His first big backer was the Central Intelligence Agency’s venture capital unit, In-Q-Tel. In 2004, Thiel made an investment angel in Facebook and joined Facebook’s board.
Following September 11, 2001, DARPA along with the U.S. intelligence community, specifically the CIA, began the pre-crime approach to fighting terrorism known as Terrorist Information Awareness (TIA). Palantir was a private-sector intelligence endeavor. In 2003, after a lot of criticism TIA was shut down and defunded by Congress, but it wasn’t really shut down. It was privatized.
According to Whitney Webb’s article on DARPA and Facebook, “a key figure in the making of In-Q-Tel investments during this period, including the investment in Palantir, was the CIA’s chief information officer, Alan Wade, who had been the intelligence community’s point man for Total Information Awareness. Wade had previously cofounded the post-9/11 Homeland Security software contractor Chiliad alongside Christine Maxwell, sister of Ghislaine Maxwell and daughter of Iran-Contra figure, intelligence operative, and media baron Robert Maxwell. After the In-Q-Tel investment, the CIA would be Palantir’s only client until 2008…. Palantir’s products are used for mass surveillance, predictive policing, and other disconcerting policies of the US national-security state.”
Later in the article Webb writes, “Users of Facebook and other large social media platforms have so far been content to allow these platforms to sell their private data so long as they publicly operate as private enterprises…Edward Snowden, the NSA whistleblower, notably warned in 2019 that Facebook is just as untrustworthy as US intelligence, stating that ‘Facebook’s internal purpose, whether they state it publicly or not, is to compile perfect records of private lives to the maximum extent of their capability, and then exploit that for their own corporate enrichment.’”

In this talk, Alan said, “Your brain is the only refuge you have.”
José Manuel Rodríguez Delgado was a Spanish professor of neurophysiology at Yale University who became famous for his research on mind control through electrical stimulation of the brain. In 1952, he co-authored his first paper on implanting electrodes into humans. He first experimented on cats but later worked on monkeys and humans including psychiatric patients.
He invented something he called a stimoceiver, a radio which joined a receiver to a stimulator of brain waves. The receiver monitored E.E.G. waves and sent them back on separate radio channels. The stimoceiver could be used to stimulate emotions and control behaviour. By stimulating different parts of the brain he was able to elicit a variety of responses including elation, concentration and super relaxation. He could also bring about specific physical reactions. Humans whose implants were stimulated to produce a reaction were unable to resist the reaction and so one patient said “I guess, doctor, that your electricity is stronger than my will”.
The experiment that brought him much notoriety was the implantation of a stimoceiver into the brain of a bull and then stopping the bull’s charge by pressing a remote-control button. But while that experiment became the focus of a New York Times article, Delgado believed that his work with a female chimpanzee named Paddy was much more important. He put a stimoceiver on Paddy and linked it to a computer that detected the brain signal called a spindle which was emitted by a part of her brain called the amygdala. When the computer recognized the spindle, the stimoceiver sent a signal to Paddy's brain which produced an 'aversive reaction', a painful feeling. The result was a negative feedback to the brain. Within hours her brain was producing fewer spindles as a result of the negative feedback. Paddy became “quieter, less attentive and less motivated during behavioral testing”. Delgado hypothesized that the method used on Paddy could be used on others to stop panic attacks, seizures, and other disorders controlled by certain signals within the brain.
I read parts of Delgado’s Physical Control of the Mind: Toward a Psychocivilised Society while researching this week and I will supply a link to that book below. It’s a unique glimpse into the mind of a researcher who sincerely believes that physical and external controls over the human brain will make the world a much better place. I will also link a good little documentary series about the book. Delgado writes that hell and heaven are within the brain and discusses the brain’s systems for punishment and reward. Even a cursory glance at the biochemical punishment and reward system of the brain makes it hard to see the DSM-5 omission of sex addiction as anything other than social engineering.
Mind control in its various form, whether through persuasion or advertising, education and early childhood indoctrination, the promotion of destructive behaviours, or by bathing the brain in a field of electromagnetism, has been around a long time. The long-talked about brain chip, whether it looks like Elon Musk’s rather clumsy Neuralink, Michael Persinger’s Koren (God) helmet or something in a vial brought to us by Bill Gates, is just the next iteration in the infinite composition of the Hell World of control freaks.
